Who we are

RPHUB Reporting is an online reporting product for RentalPoint rental companies, operated by SF Business Developments Pty Ltd, and does not own the RentalPoint Software program. You can contact us at hello@rphubreporting.app, or by post at PO Box 805, Drouin VIC 3805 AU.

What we collect

When you join our beta interest list we collect the details you provide: your first name, email address, and optionally your company name, whether you use RentalPoint (and which product, RP2 or RP3), and your country. We also record the date, your consent, and basic technical data (IP address) for security and to evidence consent.

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We use your details, with your consent, to contact you about the RPHUB Reporting beta and related product news. We send a confirmation email (double opt-in) so only you can add your address to the list.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of trusted processors to run the service: Supabase (database hosting) and Resend (email delivery). Your details are stored and processed only to operate this interest list.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you remain on the interest list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, after which we stop sending you messages. You may also ask us to delete your details entirely.
