From the settings page you can now set a custom brand colour highlight that will be used for the side bar, and highlighting various parts of the system. It does not alter the colour on the charts.

The Dashboard page now includes a Pipeline by Month chart - bars per status for each month fro the next 12 months. Click a status in the legend (top right) to view that status on its own, month by month. You can control-click (or command-click on a Mac) on multiple statuses if you want too. Click on the statuses again to go back to 'all' mode.

A new invoice breakdown report, that defaults to 'last month' and will show all the invoices, and the breakdown of each invoice.

RPHub Reporting now shows the four tiers of Starter, Standard, Pro and Enterprise with their respective pricing. Pricing page to be released in Aug 2026 with the full web site.

The main user (marked as the admin), can add / edit and delete extra users up to the limit of what version they have.

Add the ability for a client to show the Warehouse In Date and Show End Date columns on each page. You set it in the 'settings' tab, and then it will display accordingly.

You can now enter a specific date, or use the drop down to select a predefined date selection, similar to Xero. So you can select, this month, last month, this FY, last FY, as well as calendar quarters.

Users currently land straight on the Forecast page. Add a dashboard landing page with KPI cards (pipeline value, confirmed this month, weighted forecast, labour share, recent activity) and a monthly trend, linking through to the full reports.

A new Financial Year setting on the Settings page lets you pick the month your financial year begins (July by default). FY-based reporting, such as the dashboard's financial year comparison chart and the This/Last financial year date ranges, follows this setting automatically.

The bookings page now follows the ex-tax check box on the forecast page. So if you are looking at the forecast ex-tax and then swap to a different report, the same tax settings are carried through to each report by default.
